With more than 20 years of professional experience leading communication consultants, Rose is active in Advisory Boards for various institutions, such as the Instituto de Empresa and ESIC among others. She has been a member of the jury at the Cannes Creativity Festival, the Sabre Public Relations Awards in Europe and Latin America and, since 2010, she has been a regular judge at the International Excellence Awards. She has also been president of the jury of the Latin American advertising festival El Sol in the PR category.

Founder of FOCUS ON WOMEN, the first female luxury travel company that has set a milestone in the Spanish tourism sector, as an example of social and product innovation. An opera singer and economist, Alice Fauveau also holds a Master's degree in International Relations, a Specialist in Strategic Management of the Luxury Sector and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. TEDx speaker, entrepreneur of the year 2015 and director of the year 2018 in the TOP 100 women ranking, winner of the Codespa Award for the solidarity SME in 2014. Although she has worked for a long time in development banking, in the last 11 years she has focused on niche tourism projects and is a Business Angel for women's tourism projects. Edelmira has been Director of the Deputy Cabinet of the Vice-presidency of the Government and Commissioner of the Spanish Government for the Demographic Challenge (2017-2018) and Senator for Ourense (2016-2017), and Deputy Director of the Advisory Office of the Popular Parliamentary Group in the Congress. She has also been a member representing the Ministry of the Presidency on the Governing Council of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and a member representing the Ministry of the Presidency on the National Council on Disability. As a commissioner of the Spanish Government on the Demographic Challenge (2017-2018), she focused on the problem of the progressive aging of the population and territorial depopulation.
